Welcome to Miami

The last couple of days my pale skin has been freaking.. haha I've been in Miami since thurs for the winter music conference promoting the single. Yesterday was a busy day for me I was soo tired I went to bed kinda early. I had the Global Media Summit during most of the day doing press for TV, magazines and online sites and the hoped over to the next hotel which was convenient for the Sirius/Xm party with one of my radio promoters. =) This is my first year down for the winter music conference and I'm having a blast. The weather is AWESOME!! When I left NY we were just starting to get into the nice spring weather. Not enough to come down to Miami with a tan which I was hoping to get before I head back north but I didn't get much of one so far.. Today I have the day off and I'm going to head up to Bal Harbor to spend the day there and relax with my mom. Maybe being outside and walking around I'll catch a little color. ;) I hear the weather back in NY is great though so I'm excited to finally have spring back in NY.. It's my favorite time of year back home.

I can't think of a title.. LMAO

wow thats bad LOL.. I can't think of a title!! My brain literally like just shut off..  I just got in from dinner so I think I'm about to go into a food coma... I was talking to Pete earlier and he said that if I wrote a blog tonight he would take me go carting! That's not why I'm writing but we're going to have  A LOT of fun!!! lol Get ready Pete!! ;) 

I came up to Westchester today last minute to hang with the fam and wound up coming up here when no one was home so I hung out on the couch for a little while waiting for everyone to get back.. lol The quite was good actually because the last 2 weeks have been really hectic and have made me really tired to say the least. The beginning of the week I was dealing with planning another photoshoot which we had on wed. I have to still go through the hard drive and  pick some shots for retouching asap. I had some producer meetings to which went really well. I've been back in the studio recording and the new material is sounding AMAZING!! I'm so proud of the stuff that we have been coming up with! I have a bunch of new beats from J. Marty, The Arsenal and the Ratt Pakk that I'm getting ready to write to. I just finished working on the new ballad called Momentum which we are mixing right now. 

I'm looking forward to some sun this coming week. I'm heading down to Miami for the Winter Music Conference. It's my first time down there for the conference I'm really excited.. I'm not going to be there the whole time just four days. I leave on the 26th and head back to NY on the 29th. Also were getting the 2nd single ready for radio which I can't wait for you guys to hear!! I'm not going to announce which one it is just yet but I must say that the routine we have for it is just as insane as the song! ;) The new show is going to look ridiculous!!!!!!! Touring got pushed back a little bit BUT this spring there are going to be dates posted, I can't wait!!!!

Now that I've remembered my password I've kinda been getting addicted to updating it. ha I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing.. =/ lol  Alrighty, I am going to plop myself back on the couch and go put in the Twilight dvd. Yes I am going to watch Twilight.. LOVEEEE the book series can't wait for the 2nd one to come out in the movies! Hope everyone is having a good wknd! ;)

What better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, then to have a new video and upgrades to your favorite red-head's web page? You'll notice that the former PHOTO link on the bottom has been upgraded to a MEDIA link. It's exciting stuff guys. I know you ALL have been to Kristine's YouTube channel, but this new page just makes life a little better/redder/prettier/Elezajer.

ok, enough of the white stuff!

ok I've seen enough snow this year to last me a lifetime. If It never snowed again I think I would be ok with it. Today was horrible!! Probably the worst snow we have had this whole season. I tried my hardest to avoid going outside. As if the snow wasn't enough the wind was killer! 

Despite the snowy weather I had a really great day however =) I did an interview over the phone for Energy FM which is a radio station out in the UK. Yes we have skipped over to the other side of the pond. hehe I was talking to Paul Hughes who was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Have to say that the british accent was very nice on the ears.. haha That is the best accent I think in the world. lol I have another radio interview to do tomorrow morning for WBZC FM. Pete actually stopped by today to get that interview I did this morning on tape. 

Hey before I forget (even though it went live on fri.) the episode of Derek Warburton and I is up on my site. Stop by and check that out!! It's so cute! =)

When Kristine discovered shopping, it was pretty much like chocolate discovering peanut butter. I'm sure this happened a long time ago, I'm know it was ages before I met her. She still hangs up on me when she has another call coming in on her Blackberry. She still even says, "Oh hold on, let me get this, it will only be a second." I know that our talk is over. That being said, she can shop like she's reciting The Odyssey from memory and wrestling a team of badgers at the same time. It's amazing. Spotting clutches from across the room, behind a fort of shoe boxes all the while, flinging her credit card like a throwing star at the register and the magnetic strip goes through right side up. It's kind of like seeing a real live ninja. You think to yourself, "Yuuhh, awesome...a friggin' ninja is looking right at me!" After that feeling, you are promptly overcome with fear.

This week, she may have meet her match. And by match, I of course mean spiritual leader. Kristine will be appearing on Derek Warburton's web series DEREK LOVES SHOPPING. If you haven't hit his site, you should now, it's ton's of fun. Be sure to check out his site on Friday for Kristine's shopping trip, and then everyday after and maybe you'll rethink that top you are wearing right now.

What time is it?!

I can't believe I am up right now, ha. Yes its 9am here but I literally just dragged myself out of bed. I am getting ready to head to rehearsals this morning at 10am. Talk about cutting it just a little close. I just had a very lovely bowl of cherrios and bananas. hehe Sorry it's taken me a bit to get on here and touch base with everyone. As promised though Pete has very nicely added another video to the site for you all to check out. =) As you'll see from the video I have been back in rehearsals and getting back into the studio writing and recording so AWESOME new material! That explains to reason of me being so tired. I have been pulling some very loonngggg nights recently and some early mornings. I can't get enough of it! lol Ferrari is not even given me a break. She was trying very hard last night to keep me awake and make me play with her while I was trying to sleep. She kept knocking my house phone off my night stand all night long.. It was scaring me death cause my rug didn't come yet for my bedroom so it sounded like a bomb was going off everytime it hit the floor.. As soon as I get to dance my energy will pump right back up.

A Day in the Life....

Look, it would be impossible to actually make a video of everything that happens in one day in the life of K. We tried, but later decided that people's heads would explode. Also, when uploading the videos, the web guy took us aside, gave us some milk and cookies, crossed his arms and said "let me explain to you a little thing called bandwidth." His head then promptly exploded.

Now on Kristine's site, is a new video as promised. It gives you a brief look inside a day from studio to studio. You guys should know how to view them by now, but let's say you just got out of bio-dome, here's a picture to show you where to click.
