What an amazing Birthday!!

WOW! I couldn't have asked for a better birthday! This year has been amazing to me and seriously everyday just keeps getting more amazing! It seems like everyday that I wake up I'm living a dream. It's real! I'm living them!! Thank you so much for showing me so much love in my career and you all made my day today with all your sweet Birthday wishes!! I love you all so much!

I got the best birthday present from my mixing engineer Ken Lewis! We were chatting on Facebook and he told me he would have a mix of one of my ballads "Light Years" I was so excited when he told me thats one of my favorite songs on the album! Of course Ken smashed that mix I had goosebumps listening to it! I think I've listened to it 100 times already and there doesn't seem to be any signs of me stopping soon.. lol I can't believe the album is almost finished! I'm dying for you guys to hear it! I'm so happy to get all of your feedback on the tracks that are out and the little snippets of the ones we put up on the site! I'm so proud of them and they feel amazing to perform!

I really should be getting some sleep because I have to catch a plane really early in the morning to LA. This is going to be my 1st Birthday I'm celebrating in LA. My life in LA has grown so much over the last months. Don't get me wrong NY will always be home but it really does feel like I have a 2nd family in LA. Can't wait to get back out there and see everyone!

"Rockstar" on MTV's The City

Really exciting news guys! Tune into MTV's show The City tonight at 10:30 est time 7:30 pst and listen for my song "Rockstar" during the show!! Really excited to watch tonight episode! :D

I just got back from LA really early this morning and the last couple of days have just been bringing more and more good news! "Souvenirs" Officially charted on Top 40 radio and is steadily climbing! Thanks guys for all your continued support and hanging in there with me helping make my dream even more of a reality! This is truly a huge blessing! Let's keep the climb going! I'm gonna track down all the numbers to the radio stations and post them so we can hit up those request lines ;) Love you all so much!! Kiss!!

The Jacket is Helmut Lang. The Romper is Sass & Bide and the shoes are Christian Louboutin. You can't see it that well but my new fav piece that I have is this amazing body chain that I'm wearing by Armor Jewelry. It's the Toro piece. You can look at their stuff at www.ArmorJewelry.com. I'm obsessed their amazing!! It's the perfect accent to piece! I thrown it with a bunch of looks recently. Underneath this shear equipment blouse so you can see the whole detail and last night I put it with my fav maxi dress by A.L.C the Mallie Dress. I'll post pics soon :)

BEST: Sassy singer Kristine Elezaj looked pretty and put together at the NYC celebration of Bravo’s new series Double Exposure.

The event was for the launch of Bravo's new series Double Exposure. It was held at the gorgeous Angel Orensanz Foundation. Markus and Indrani's work was hung all around the old Synagogue. You guys should all the know the Lady Gaga/Hello Kitty photos. Snag a pic of one of them from that was hung towards the back on the alter. That night I was joined my favorite NY Gays. My GBff Derek Warburton, photographer Eddie Garau & the fabulous Joseph Miceli-Magnone. We had nice dinner right around the corner before we headed over. Derek found a way to make the Ipad even more entertaining then I hear it already is.. lol

Last night Derek and I attended the NY Pudding/ Noctambule Cruise in Manhattan. It was a summer kick off party with music by my fav Et Musique Pour Tous. Hector Mendoza Jr. rocked it out as always! Dj. Chris Wonder was also spinning on the decks during the night. After that Derek and I attempted to catch some cabs but wound up taking a stroll around the city. It's my fav thing to especially on nights like last night because the weather was so perfect! We stopped into my FAV magazine store on 23rd btwn 5th and 6th. NY had a bunch of stores like this that carry all the different international magazines but the one on 23rd is by far my fav! If your ever in the area or seriously just have some time to kill you need to stop in if you love fashion! You will get so inspired. ;)

"Smile with Me"

I feel back home for a few days and had some nice R&R time back at my place.. I love coming to LA but seriously for me I am such a New Yorker.. Everytime I come back home there is something I fall back in love with about the city.

But right now I am back on a plane to la la land (Tyra Banks is sitting next to me btw.. She is so sweet and adorable I can't take it lol) and very excited to be performing at The Highlands on the 11th for Carmit Bachar's project - Smile with Me. Smile with Me is Carmit's no profit organization that help benefit children who were born with cleft palates. It was interesting to find out the Carmit was born this as well. I'm really excited to be apart of this and doing this show for her organization! If any of you are going to be in town or live in Los Angeles and can make it out to support her cause please come and bring along your friends! Take a look at the flyer I uploaded for details.. It truly is going to be a spectacular show!! Two of my good friends Rhapsody James and Jonte' are performing as well. You've seen Rhapsody's choreography on some of the biggest artist in music as well as Jonte. They both are brilliant choreographers and dancers and two of the most sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of having in my life. I'm honored to be sharing a stage that night with such talented artists!

Well I'm going to try and get some more sleep in before touch down. I have rehearsals with Kevin and Ramon later tonight for the show. We're making a few tweaks especially for the event. Can't wait to see you there! xo

At the Roxy w. Shifty & The Big Shots

June 1st I had my first performance on the Sunset Strip at the Legendary Roxy Theatre in LA! The night was amazing! I performed my current single "Souvenirs" and two never before heard tracks from the album "Kidnap the DJ" & "Warpath"! If you missed the show that night I'm back in LA after a quick stop home for the next couple of days for my baby brothers High School Graduation. I'm kicking off LA's Gay Pride on the 8th and then on the 11th performing at Mateo Magazine's Party hosted by Carmit from the Pussycat Dolls.

Rehearsals

I've been back in La la land a lot this month.. I flew back home for a few days and right back out again to go visit some radio stations in Michigan before heading back out to LA this trip. The stations out in Michigan were so sweet I loved visiting! I always get so nervous going and visiting stations because the meeting can go either really bad or their response to the music can we so amazing. Thankfully everyone we met with that trip had nothing but amazing compliments about the "Souvenirs" and the some of the tracks from the rest of the album..

Now I'm back in LA rehearsing for a show that I have tomorrow night at the Roxy on Sunset. I have off today and just chilled with my dad who flew into town for the show. Yesterday I was in rehearsals with one of my choreographers Ramon. We were working on some changes for "Souvenirs". I'm back home to NY on the 3rd and then right back out to LA for more shows on the 7th. I must say I'm really missing my fam and my kitty Ferrari. But work is amazing as ever and I'm loving every min of it! Thanks for all your support guys! The album is almost here and it's going to be amazing!! ;) xo

National Anthem for the Dodgers

A sold out 56,000 people in LA at Dodger's stadium last week! I was singing the National Anthem and God Bless America during the 7th inning stretch. It's always an overwhelming feeling singing in such huge place like that I love it!! I had radar online along for the ride from beginning to end of the day..

Up and Up

Hey guys!

On the flight to LA going to be out there until the 21st.. Will keep you guys posted on everything going on this trip.. Young Hollywood Awards, Singing the National Anthem for the Dodgers and another performance at HERE Lounge in West Hollywood which I'm really excited about because I'm performing a new cut off the album that noone has heard before. So if you are in town on the 19th to catch it make sure you do ;)

Q102Philly SundayOUT!

Hope everyone had an amazing wknd! I did!! First stop for me was paying a visit to 103.5Kiss FM in Chicago on Friday.. Brought everyone up there some "Souvenirs" Heard that it got it's first spin by them this weekend!!! Thanks so much for giving it support and love over there guys! Let's blow this song outta here!! ;) The last time I was in Chicago was in 2006 for my 1st Bullrun Rally. I didn't get to see much of the city then so I was happy that I had the whole day Friday after being up at the station to get around a bit.

Sat. I was in rehearsal then for my performance for Q102 Philly! They were putting on a concert at the Piazza for Philly's SundayOUT Equality Forum. I was really happy to be apart of the event! The turn out was AMAZING everyone was having blast yesterday! I'm still waiting on getting back some footage of the show to share. I want to give a BIG shout out to all the amazing people that came up to me after I got off stage! You were all soo sweet. What an amazing feeling as an artist when you get to see the reaction your music and performances have on people! It gives me goosebumps! Can't wait until the next show! I'm going to be in LA from the 11th to the 21st. I'm performing back at Here Lounge in West Hollywood. If any of you are going to be out there come check out the show!

Red Cafe & I in the Studio

I must be the worst blogger ever.. I have my good days where I'm on top of my stuff and then I get overwhelmed and sidetracked with everything going on and I fall off for a sec. So not cool.. haha But better late then never on filling you guys in on what has been going on lately. It's been a busy last couple of weeks. I have until June to finish the rest of the album and I am excited to say the whole LP will be realized this Sept!! I just recorded this new song called "Kidnap The DJ" which I wrote again with Frankie Storm and Paul Edmunds who produced "Souvenirs" produced this one as well.. The production is crazy on this song! It's my fav I can't wait for you guys to hear it! It's gonna make for a fun music video to film to! I get so excited about the new material that I get antsy and can't wait to share. The wait will be well worth it! ;)

The other night was a special night for my sound engineer Hector Mendoza Jr. If you guys haven't been to or heard of his site www.etmusiquepourtous.com you should head over there and check it out! It's a dope music blog site and you are sure to discover some new cool music that you and your ipod are itching for. So wed. night we all showed up to support him at The Foundation downtown in the east village. The event was geared around all the music that his site features and it won't be the last! The Chainsmokers DJ'd and I don't think anyone in that place sat down for a sec. We had a blast!! I can't wait to see the pics from that night. I promise I won't slack and get some of them up here. haha

Well I hope that everyone has a great holiday weekend. I was up in Westchester tonight doing a trail run making the desserts my sister and I want to make for sunday. We made a boo boo on the one of the recipes so thank goodness we tried it before Easter so we'll get it right that day. First thing Monday morning I am on a flight to LA! Doing some promo for "Souvenirs" on the west coast and have a bunch of meetings woohoo. Maybe I'll get a little time to catch up with some of my friends that I haven't seen in a while to. I'll check back with you all when I get out to the west coast..

Last night on Logo

Wow! I still can't believe "Souvenirs" made it's TV debut on MTV's Logo Network! I was in shock when it came on I didn't know how to react. lol I had a little get together premiere party to watch the video with some of my dancers, team and friends at my place. It was really amazing having everyone there being so supportive. Thank you guys for coming it means a lot to me. Ferrari even found a place to curl up in front of my couch to watch! (of course on a gucci bag that little diva) haha She was loving all the attention and petting she was getting from everyone last night to. She's so silly!

Who else got a chance to catch it last night! It was really cool when it came on my dad had went my my grandparents house to make sure they caught it. They called me as soon as it came on and again when it was over. They are so adorable. It meant a lot to me for them to see it and also to see how hard that I've been working. My poppy was so cute it's amazing hearing in his voice how proud he was. Especially for me being the 1st generation from my dad's side of the family born in the United States. It's such a great feeling for them & my Dad to come to this country and see what my dad has built and now what I am building! Faleminderit dhe un te dua! ;)

LOGO is finding "Souvenirs"

What a huge day for me!! Tonight is the night "Souvenirs" premieres at Num 7 on Logo!! 7pm eastern time if you can TUNE IN!! I'm going to be having the team over and a few people for a little premiere party. What are great feeling this is! It's just like hearing the song on the radio for the first time.. AMAZING!!! Great news!! "Souvenirs" Is premiering at #7 on March 2nd on LOGO!! It's the NewNowNext PopLab at 7pm tues night! Check it out! I can't wait to see the video on TV!! WOOHOO It's going to be like hearing the song on the radio for the first time! What an amazing feeling :D

Whats up guys?! I'm back up at my parents house in westchester trying to battle this cough that I've had for what seems like forever. It actually might be as long as since I got back from my LA trip. Yikes.. But depsite that I've been pushing through working my tushy off doing this promo tour for "Souvenirs" Just this passed Tuesday I was up in Philly visiting Q102 and gave them a little exclusive performance of "Souvenirs" in their live room and met everyone up at the station. They are AWESOME and am so thankful for how supportive they were to me! Shout out to Romeo and Richie Rich!! Much love to everyone up there! Can't wait to go back and see them! ;) Then we drove back to NY because I had a performance that night at Santos Party House. I did a quick set and performed "Let You Know" and "Souvenirs" For those of you who couldn't make the show or live to far check out the pics and video's from both the Q102 and the show at Santos. :)

Went to check out Vassilios Kostetsos collection yesterday at the tents and I had to share with you because this is a designer I knew nothing about until this year. I had checked out his site before going to show a few days ago and after seeing some of his dresses from last session I was more then excited to see what he would be showing at the tents! If you have a moment ladies you should check out those dresses to.
