"This is flight school.. Spread your wings shorty!.."

It's been a hot second since I checked in and updated everyone on what's been going on. I've been swamped I have hardly had a minute to sit down and put thoughts together. So sorry! Last time I checked in was right after the video shoot for "Let You Know" Which I am happy to say is looking simply unbelievable! I stopped by the directors place (BBgun's Alex & Max) to see how the editing was going and take a look at some of the shots that had nailed down already to see what it was looking like and I was blown away! They are doing such an amazing job with it!! It's killing me to want to show you all already! I can't wait to get your feedback on it and of course the song! Speaking of "Let You Know" I've been going back and forth with my team and the art work and new web site's splash page is almost done! Also the song is hitting radio either the 2nd or 3rd week in June. I actually have to fly out to LA end of next week, Thurs. for some meetings out there. I'm actually looking forward to LA which is rare for me because I'm such a New York chic.. There is no place like home seriously. But maybe it's because I have been working so much here and haven't left since my Miami trip in March that the time away even though it only 4 days should be relaxing. I was just saying to someone that I wanted to take a trip and even though this is work and I'll be running around I'm excited. =) Can't wait to see some of my Cali buddies when I'm out there! I got so excited to cause my hairstylist Amalia is out there for her monthly LA trip. I have yet to be in LA with her at the same time.. lol She was in the middle of moving apts. in the city and I bbm'd her like a crazy person once I found out I was heading that way for a few days.. I'm a nut!

So anyway back to some more album news. Red Cafe who is an amazing Hip Hop Artist just featured on one of the tracks on the album "Living Dream"!! I couldn't stop listening to his verse all day yesterday when I got the finished version! I drove up to my parents house this morning because I'm running errands and I have it on repeat the whole time I was driving! lol Seriously not to toot my own horn but this album is going to be BANANAS!! :P Thanks Red for everything!! See you soon!! I titled this entry a line from his verse. SOOOO GOOD!!!
